All Ordained Ministers must go through a process called an Ordination, which is a practice by which individuals are consecrated. Wedding Officiant
What is a Wedding Officiant?
A Wedding Officiant is an individual who delivers a dedicated and bespoke wedding ceremony for couples who wish to have a religious, or non-religious, ceremony. Usually for a Christian wedding, the Wedding Officiant is called a Pastor (also known as a Pastor or Priest). As for a Jewish Wedding, these are officiated by a Rabbi, and for Islamic Weddings, they are conducted by an Imam.
A Wedding Officiant is a qualified individual who leads the ceremony throughout the day. However, not only will they play a large role on the day of the wedding, but they will also work with the couple in the upcoming months leading up to the wedding day. Each Wedding Officiant is tailored to your specific requirements, whether secular or religious.
By Law, every Wedding Officiant must be legally ordained to perform weddings. On your wedding day, your wedding officiant will fill out and sign the marriage license (along with witnesses).
In the UK, we provide Wedding Officiants for all different types of wedding and marriage ceremonies.
